LT has been found to be helpful in treatment of this condition. A summary of one study is linked here: nih.gov

Light treatment is not meant to be a replacement for psychotherapy for a person dealing with a seasonal bulimia problem. We work closely with medical and mental health professionals to maximize the benefits of Light Therapy and other interventions for the individual working with this challenge.
